Designed to be highly visible both at distance and in rough water, these floats are
ideal whether you are live or dead baiting when hunting pike or catfish, stalking that monster perch or zander, or running a long line to steelhead or
salmon.
The hand turned cork body is set on a sturdy 5mm Tonkin bamboo cane stem for durability and
topped with either a bold red or red and yellow striped sight bob . Below this the stem has black and white bands and is spiral whipped with fine silk thread. Hand coiled brass wire line
eyes are whipped to the base of the float stems.
The floats shown here sit at 7 1/2" in length and set to the base of the sight bob with approximately 10AAA, although of course the loading can
be varied when the angler desires to trade off visibility and sensitivity. Can be made to any desired size.
