Making Purchases, Placing Orders.                                  

Once your purchase selection has been decided please make contact by telephone, letter or email detailing your requirements. 

You will subsequently receive an invoice confirming and detailing your purchases including delivery.

Payment is by PayPal, bank transfer or cleared cheque. Credit and debit card payments can be facillitated through PayPal at no cost to the buyer.

All designs are available to customer specifications.

Bespoke floats usually take two to three weeks to complete before dispatch.

Floats already created and available for immediate delivery will be sent upon receipt of a cleared payment.

Postage costs are combined on multiple purchases for dispatch at the same time to the same address.

All deliveries are in protective packaging using the Royal Mail Signed and Tracked service.

Delivery £5.00 within the U.K., £13.00 Overseas. Please be aware that any customs duty, VAT or handling charges imposed in non U.K. jurisdictions are the responsibility of the recipient.

Larger orders will incur a small charge to cover insurance.
