Perch floats are frequently the first item of fishing tackle that
draws the eye of an angler, bringing forth memories of stolen hours on childhood summer days and those first electrifying contacts with the mysteries that lurk in pond, lake and stream. Designed with
an eye to coping with the swirls and eddies found in turbulent water they have the bouyancy to provide excellent visibility as well as to maintain a stable platform from which to work the bait. They
are ideal for exploring weirpools for specimen fish (and the village pond for tiddlers) whilst also lending themselves to long trotting with equal ease.
These perch floats have hand turned cork bodies set on stems of either bamboo cane or Muscovy
quill.
Hand coiled brass wire line eyes are whipped to the base of each float stem with fine black or scarlet silk thread.
They vary in length from 3" to 6" and in shotting from 2BB to 8AAA+.
These unique floats are signed and dated.
Priced from £20 to £26.
